Terms of Service

Last updated 12 September 2026

These terms cover the CrackMac app and the CrackMac website. By buying, downloading or using CrackMac you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use it.

Who we are

CrackMac is made and sold by Crackmac LLC, based in Serbia. You can reach us at support@crackmac.lol.

Buying CrackMac

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

CrackMac is sold as a one-time purchase. One licence covers one Mac. Prices are shown on the pricing section of the website at the time of purchase and may include tax depending on where you are; Paddle calculates and collects any tax due. Your order confirmation and receipt come from Paddle.

After payment you receive a download link and, where applicable, a licence key by email at the address you gave at checkout.

What you're allowed to do

A purchase lets you install and use the packaged CrackMac app on one Mac, for as long as you like. A licence is for you; it isn't for resale, sublicensing or bundling with other products.

CrackMac, including its source code, is the property of Crackmac LLC. Your licence doesn't allow copying, redistributing, reselling or reverse engineering it, beyond what the law lets you do regardless. What you're paying for is the app, updates to it, and support.

Updates and support

We aim to keep CrackMac working across macOS releases, and updates are included with your purchase. We can't promise a fix for every configuration, and we may stop supporting a macOS version that Apple no longer supports. Support is by email at the address above.

What CrackMac needs from macOS

CrackMac needs the Accessibility permission in System Settings to move windows and read menus. It won't work fully without it. It doesn't need an account and doesn't connect to the internet.

What CrackMac can't do

CrackMac doesn't repair a display. It keeps macOS on the part of the screen that still works. Damage that outputs noise regardless of what's drawn, hardware faults, and anything Apple's own screens (Mission Control, login, recovery) draw across the full panel are outside its control. The website describes these limits, and we'd rather you read them before buying than be surprised after.

No warranty, limited liability

CrackMac is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it and aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by contract. Our total liability to you for anything related to CrackMac is limited to what you paid for it.

Refunds

See our refund policy. In short: 7 days no questions asked, 30 days if it doesn't work on your Mac.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when. Material changes will be noted on the website. Continuing to use CrackMac after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Serbia, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
