7 days, no questions asked

Ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase and you'll get one, in full, whatever the reason.

30 days if it doesn't work

If CrackMac doesn't work on your Mac, you have 30 days from purchase to ask for a full refund. Tell us what's happening — we'll try to fix it with you first, and if we can't, you get your money back.

After 30 days

Refunds aren't offered after 30 days from purchase.

How to ask

Email support@crackmac.lol with the email address you used at checkout or your order number. If you're not sure whether you qualify, ask — and please write to us before opening a dispute with your bank; it's faster for you and it lets us actually help.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method and usually show up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

What happens to your licence

Once refunded, your licence is cancelled and you should remove CrackMac from your Macs.
